How do I redeem my prize?

Prizes and Ranger rank items are categorized in departments on the site, and you may order any items on the site up to your budgeted amount.

What is my Trailblazer Challenge Store budget?

Your Trailblazer Challenge Store budget corresponds with your prize and/or Ranger rank achievement and includes estimated tax & freight. When you log in, your budget is displayed on the top right corner of the screen above the shopping cart icon.

What information do I need to provide to place my order?

You will need your email address, phone number, and shipping address. Please note, we are not able to ship to PO boxes or hotels.

Will I receive an order confirmation once I place my order?

Once you place your order, you will see an order confirmation page. Important: please be sure to hit “Place Order” button to complete the ordering process. Your order will route for processing, and you will receive an email with a tracking number in 3-4 weeks.

How do I check the status of my order?

Please allow 4 weeks after you place your order for your items to arrive. If your order has not arrived, please email helpdesk@companystore.io

What is your return and exchange policy?

The Salesforce and Trailhead branded merchandise on this website may not be returned or exchanged. If your items arrive broken or damaged, please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.

Can I change my delivery address after I submit my order?

Changes to delivery addresses after you submit your order are not possible. Please be sure to enter a safe address that will allow for your package to be left by the carrier as a signature for delivery will not be required for your shipment.

Can I cancel OR change my order after it is placed?

Unfortunately, the order cannot be canceled or changed after it is placed.

When will I receive my items?

Please allow 4 weeks after you place your order for your items to arrive

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.

What should I do if my order was never received?

If you received a shipping confirmation that your order has shipped and your kit has not arrived within 4 weeks, Contact Customer Service at helpdesk@companystore.io for assistance.
